- Device is made of extremely rugged injection-molded polypropylene for superior impact and chemical resistance
- Supplied with English, Spanish and French danger labels
- Cover the valve handle with the gate valve lockout device and apply a personal padlock and lockout tag to ensure employee safety
- Accepts padlock shackles up to 3/8 in. in diameter
